These Terms govern access to and use of Find HACCP Consultants, including directory browsing, account features, profile submissions, claims, and communications through the website.

The website is an independent directory for discovering HACCP and food-safety professionals. It is not a certification body, accreditation body, regulator, competent authority, consultancy provider, recruitment agency, or procurement adviser.

Listings are provided for information only. Inclusion, claim status, display order, or profile completeness does not mean certification, accreditation, endorsement, approval, verification of competence, or professional advice.

Users must assess provider suitability themselves, including qualifications, experience, insurance, references, scope of work, regulatory suitability, availability, and commercial terms before appointing a provider.

Account holders must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use account features lawfully. Account access may be limited where needed to protect users, listings, moderation processes, or website security.

Providers and submitters must submit accurate, current, lawful, and non-misleading information. They must have authority to provide business details, public contact information, names, logos, trademarks, claims, and supporting evidence.

Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant the operator a licence to display submitted content and a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, edit for presentation, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, moderate, secure, promote, and improve the directory.

Business names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Submitters must not provide marks they are not authorised to use. The directory may remove or alter material where ownership, authority, or legality is disputed.

Organic ranking is not sold. Payment does not increase an organic score. Sponsored placements, if enabled, purchase labelled visibility only and do not imply endorsement, superior quality, guaranteed leads, or guaranteed contracts.

The directory is not a party to any contract, engagement, negotiation, advice, deliverable, payment, or dispute between users and consultants. Users and providers are responsible for their own communications, checks, contracts, and legal obligations.

The operator may review, edit, reject, unpublish, suspend, or remove content to protect directory quality, legal compliance, safety, trust, security, or the rights of others. Moderation does not create a duty to monitor all content continuously.

Users may report inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content using the listed contact routes while dedicated public reporting workflows are being prepared. Reports should identify the listing, the concern, and any relevant evidence.

The website design, software, branding, database structure, and original editorial content belong to or are licensed to the operator. No rights are granted except as needed to use the website normally and lawfully.

External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites have their own content, availability, security, privacy practices, and terms, which the operator does not control.

The website may change, pause, or become unavailable. The operator does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of any route, listing, feature, or data source.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the website is provided for information only and the operator is not responsible for provider suitability, user decisions, consultant-client outcomes, or third-party content.

The operator may suspend or terminate access to accounts, submissions, listings, or features where reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, moderation, misuse prevention, or protection of the directory and its users.

The Terms may be updated as the directory, legal requirements, and operating model change. The version and last-updated date on this page identify the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or other mandatory rights that apply under law.
