This page contains general website information for Find HACCP Consultants. It is not legal advice.
Purpose of the directory
Find HACCP Consultants helps food businesses discover HACCP and food-safety professionals by location, service, industry, and working method. Listings are informational starting points for independent due diligence.
Provider eligibility
Listings should be relevant to HACCP, food-safety, quality, standards, compliance, auditing, training, or related professional support for food businesses. The directory may decline or remove listings that are irrelevant, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, duplicative, or not suitable for the directory.
Claimed and unclaimed profiles
A claimed profile means only that an account holder completed an ownership or authority-checking process.
It does not mean the directory verified technical competence, qualifications, insurance, regulatory status, service quality, client outcomes, or certification-body recognition.
Unclaimed profiles may be maintained from public business information or editorial research and may be claimed, corrected, disputed, or removed where appropriate.
Sources of profile information
Profile information may come from provider submissions, account holders, ownership claims, public business websites, public registries, professional directories, approved edits, and editorial review. Internal source and retrieval records may be kept for audit and moderation purposes.
Status and verification labels
Status labels describe directory workflow states such as claimed, unclaimed, submitted, under review, changes requested, approved, rejected, duplicate, or published. The directory does not use a generic Verified claim for provider competence.
Ranking and sponsored listings
Organic ranking
Organic results are not sold. Payment does not increase organic ranking.
Filtering can consider country served, service, industry, language, working method, listing type, and availability. When relevance sorting is selected, the current implementation considers the visitor query, provider-name matches, location matches, service matches, profile recency, and neutral name/city tie-breaking.
Current implementation note: sponsored placements are labelled and displayed before organic results, but sponsorship does not change organic scores. Directory relevance sorting among organic results ranks exact provider-name matches first, then location matches, provider-name prefix or contains matches, service matches, profile recency, and name/city tie-breaking. Recent sorting uses publication date, then name and city. A-Z sorting uses provider name, then city.
Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements may be active and must be clearly labelled Sponsored.
Sponsored placements purchase labelled visibility only, are distinguishable from organic listings, do not imply endorsement or superior quality, and do not guarantee leads or contracts.
Corrections and disputes
Providers, users, and affected parties can request corrections, provide evidence, dispute ownership or authority, object to public information, request removal, or report content through the public intake forms. Listing queries can also be sent to info@findhaccpconsultants.com.
Conflicts of interest
The directory should distinguish editorial, organic, claimed, unclaimed, partner, and sponsored contexts where relevant. Payment, partnership, or operator relationships must not be presented as professional endorsement or verification of competence.
